Trauma-Informed Healing Retreats | Koh Samui, Thailand

Located in the serene landscape of Koh Samui, Thailand, our 7-day trauma-informed healing retreats are designed for adults who feel they need a meaningful change in their lives. We provide a warm, professional, and deeply grounded space for those moving through anxiety, trauma, or burnout, featuring a flexible, drop-in/drop-out approach to all scheduled activities. You can participate in clinical CBT, EMDR, yoga, massage, sound healing, and tailored nutrition as you wish, with plenty of free time to rest, process, and enjoy the natural scenery. Our retreats foster a profound integration of mind and body, allowing for lasting healing and restoration. Please note that for our 4-week period in September, we have just 10 spaces available each week. Once these limited clinical spaces are filled, they will not be reopened.
